Imagine this: You are in the supermarket pushing your buggy down the aisle when suddenly you feel your heart start to race. You try to ignore it but the pounding is making you anxious. Your palms start to sweat and you can feel yourself getting shaky. You think back to what you ate for lunch, did you have too much caffeine, etc. You cannot imagine why pushing the cart through the grocery store would make you feel so out of sorts.
